The coronavirus outbreak has affected every aspect of life. But the team at Badaptor is still here and we still want to get your orders out to you, so here are the measures we’re taking to make sure you can still get the items you want.

Delivery

Non-essential shops have had to close but online retail is still strong. Delivery and postal networks are still running – and so are we.

We’re working in line with social distancing measures, which means we are keeping as few of our team on-site to run deliveries as possible, and we’re not admitting visitors to our offices at this time.

Our warehouse team is still working hard to make sure all of our parcels get sent out and arrive with you promptly.

Customer service

As mentioned above, we are following government guidelines. Social distancing measures are in place, and we have a small team of staff working on-site during normal business hours.

This is a very uncertain time for everyone. We don’t intend to use it to increase our prices, or fall short on our customer service.

Our 30-day refund policy is still in place, and our prices have stayed steady over the last few weeks.
