Ways to pay
At badaptor.com you can pay safely, securely and conveniently with a choice of payment methods. Choose from Paypal or pay by card with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Card payments are facilitated by the secure Stripe payment gateway.

Delivery & Customs

Within mainland UK

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail, usually within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise agreed with the customer).

This date is calculated from the receipt of order from authorised accounts, or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers. Our prices exclude delivery charges but include VAT.

Outside of mainland UK

Delivery arrangements and charges will be agreed with the customer before dispatch of goods.

You may incur a charge for importing an item from abroad. We are not liable for any costs incurred, and it is your responsibility to pay these charges.

More information on import fees may be available from your local customs office.

Returns

Unwanted items

If you change your mind, or are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your Badaptor to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Just email our sales team before returning your item, so they can start the process.

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns, so please be aware that you will need to pay any return postage costs When sending a Badaptor back to us, please be aware that we’re unable to accept responsibility for any further damage or loss that may occur in transit. For this reason, please make sure it is properly packed before sending it back to us.

If the returned item is found to be damaged or requires repackaging, these costs will be deducted from any refund.

Damage or loss in transit

If you take delivery of your order and find that it’s been damaged in transit, or that part of your order is missing, let us know as soon as possible (no later than 2 working days after receipt).

Once you’ve notified our sales team, damaged Badaptors can be returned to us within 30 calendar days for a refund or exchange.

If anything is missing from your order, or it hasn’t been delivered, let us know within 14 days of your invoice date, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Faulty items

If you’ve received your Badaptor, and it doesn’t work, don’t worry. All of our Badaptors are covered against faulty manufacture. Let our sales team know within 30 days of receipt, and you can then send it back to us for a refund or replacement.

When sending a Badaptor back to us, please be aware that we’re unable to accept any responsibility for any further damage or loss that may occur in transit. For this reason, please make sure it is properly packed before sending it back to us.
